One thing to look at is the top reviews for TF, most people have either Ĭ) Or just reading something that isn't targeted for them.įor some particular reason or other, people on MAL especially have this wonder to comment on every manga or anime and think it'll appeal to them because it won't. Or it could be just due to people not liking Seinen's (more on this at the end) For Terra formars there isn't a lot of people reading it due to issues with RAW's or TL's being dropped, then picked up again and so on. a ton of people either become so easily swayed into hating something for no reason (Check out ERASED) or they get rushed into a wave of ridiculousness and start giving 10's out like crazy (See SAO1). So problem is, MAL is a great bandwagon theory gone wrong. So there's a few thing to put into context hereġ) MAL shouldn't be used as any type of consensus of what the general population thinks, but just take it as a light touch. That was a ramble and I made this in the morning and I was hired. It's a Incredibly important group of creatures that aren't nessarily humanoid and are Defintely not beasts and are somewhere inbewteen yet still are weirdly smart. I like Terraformars for many reasons but the whole animal powers thing is a big reason because there is no manga or anime that does animal powers better than Terraformars.Īlso I think the fact the the Terraformars themselves are so important is what makes it great because they are so far from being human yet are very similar to humans. The art style just works and many other things. The narration/science/history bits are very well done. There are a lot of things that make the manga good and unique. It's people fighting cockroaches with a possibility of WW3( maybe 4 or 5) and with a whole lot more going on. The manga is a lot more than just people fighting cockroaches. Why you ask, because the manga gets better overtime and around that time is when things get really interesting. The second season is complete shit, but of the studio that did the first season did it and had a higher budget it would have been amazing. The first season was mostly good ( not perfect and not great) it had many problems like the censorship, sometimes the animation was kinda bad, and some minor scenes were removed. So where does the manga popularity come from and why does the anime lack such traits? Aswell as this is there another cool scene coming up in this season because I really hope there is! It then confused me even more when the second season that just started airing came around and I was thinking oh maybe this is why the series gets good and is why they printed the manga, But so far that has bad reviews too with a score of 6.04 on my anime list? What I'm most confused about though is that even though the series got kinda bad reviews they started printing the manga in English and that seems to be going strong?! Why? Is there something different about the anime and manga? But the anime got bad reviews, I believe that was due to censoring or something idk (can someone explain that) I watched the first season of the anime ages ago when it aired and it wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad, the whole electric man eel guy was awesome and In my opinion one of the most epic scenes in anime that year, the op was great in fact I'm listening to it now.
